Fairy Souls
In Hypixel SkyBlock, Fairy Souls are custom-textured heads (smaller blocks) with purple particles that are scattered and hidden around parts of the skyblock universe. Every five Fairy Souls can be returned to Tia the Fairy, a fairy in the Wilderness in the south part of the Hub World, by the Fairy Pond. In exchange, the player will receive permanent stat boosts.
Some souls require an item of transport to obtain such as a Grappling Hook, Ender Pearls or the Aspect of the End. Sometimes Fairy Souls will be in an area where to get them you have to die. There are 3 Fairy Souls that can only be obtained by Fishing, with a higher chance of fishing up a soul fish at the Fairy Pond near Tia the Fairy.
The total amount of already collected Fairy Souls can be seen by hovering over the message from finding a new fairy soul. Tia only shows the count for found, but not handed in fairy souls.

If you go into the Quest Log in the Skyblock menu and go to the quest for fairy souls and left click it, it’ll show a helpful guide for finding fairy souls.

Collection Rewards
For every five Fairy Souls that you give to Tia the Fairy, you will gain permanent stat boosts in return. In total you get: 435 Health, 44 Defense, 44 Strength and 3 Speed.
