Launch Pad is an special block used as the teleportation.
Recipe
The recipe can be unlocked through Slimeball Collection in the VII stage.

Usage
You can use the block as a quick transport item. Place it on the ground and it appear as a slime block.
Right click it can change it's settings such as the flying height and the distance.
Also it's used as the transportation way on area-to-area portals such as the portal from Graveyard to Spider's Den or from Gold Mine to Deep Caverns.
