Wizard Tower

The Wizard Tower is located between the Wilderness and the Mountain.
The tower is filled with bookcases, brewing stands, ender chests and other wizardry things.
On the top floor of the Wizard Tower is the Wizard. He tells the player about his currently broken portal[upcoming] which he'll supposedly fix in 3-5 business days. The portal is unlocked at Enchanting level 3 but is currently not functional.
